Brooks is the best travel agent!! Will 100% be using him for every trip from now on, and I would recommend to anyone else to do the same. He is knowledgeable, does his research, and is super responsive and communicative. He makes sure every aspect of your trip is take care of. During this trip, I experienced a flight delay and cancellation on my way home due to a winter storm back home, and Brooks helped me find convenient overnight accommodations in the airport area, and helped get me on the next soonest flight home. Brooks was very professional and thorough when he booked our reservation. Up front he asked what type of hotel we would like , and price range , and whether we wanted a view outside our window or not. He came through with everything we asked for and wanted. He even gave suggestions on which trails to hike and told us useful information about the availability of water refills on each trail. It was so nice to have Brooks seamlessly book the hotel reservation and have no stress on my end. He was very communicative on email and was even willing to answer a question after the booking was complete. I would highly recommend Brooks for anybody who wants to have fun traveling, but doesn’t want to deal with the stress of researching and booking it all.
