Brit was incredibly helpful and thoughtful when it came to helping plan our extended family trip to Japan! Seeing as it was out inaugural travel internationally, we wanted the advice and expertise of a travel agent to guide us in the right direction and take some stress off our plates. Her hotel suggestions were especially helpful and led us to stay in some pretty wonderful and family friendly accommodations. She also shared some valuable Disney park tips that certainly came in handy! All in all, would definitely use Brit and her services again!

Brit is fantastic to work with and we are so thankful she was able to help us with our trip to Japan! We were hesitant to plan this trip on our own and having Brit to talk to and get advice from made the whole process so much easier for us. She was able to help us plan and book accommodations and tickets for events that made the trip so special for our family of four. Our kids (10 and 13) both agreed this was their favorite trip yet! Brit genuinely wanted to help us have the best trip possible. Being able to contact her before and throughout our trip put me at ease and took the pressure off so we could just enjoy our time. Our experience was so positive we have already booked our next trip with Brit:)

Brett was awesome to deal with. She was very helpful on giving us a few different options. We laid out the things we wanted to do and she absolutely nailed where she put us to stay. Got us a great deal the additional breakfast credit was awesome. Didn’t have to feel the pain of the expenses prices in New York lol I definitely will be recommending her to anybody who’s travelling made our life so much easier and next trip we plan we definitely will be going through her as well.

I cannot recommend Brit highly enough. Brit planned our New York City trip from start to finish, and the result was a seamless, thoughtful, and genuinely elevated experience. Her hotel recommendations were spot-on, her activity suggestions were perfectly balanced, and her dining picks reflected a deep understanding of the city with equal parts iconic and well-curated.

What truly set Brit apart were the details. She arranged for a bottle of champagne and a handwritten note to be waiting in our room upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for the trip. She somehow secured us a reservation at the notoriously difficult-to-book Palm Court Bar at The Plaza Hotel, along with several other excursions that would have been challenging to coordinate on our own.

Beyond the planning itself, Brit was incredibly communicative throughout the process. Her itinerary was clean, intuitive, and easy to follow, with clear pacing and thoughtful organization. It was obvious she had put real care into both the presentation and the substance.

Brit brings a rare combination of creativity, precision, and personal touch to travel planning. We were genuinely impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. Anyone working with her is in exceptionally capable hands and we cannot wait to work with her again!
