Brianna was amazing!

Brianna was able to find this hotel on a short notice. She was able to fit our needs in what we wanted. A room that was spacious and easy to commute to tourist spots. She was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend working with Brianna and I will use her again when I book future trips.

Brianna went above and beyond to make things easy for us on this trip, and helped ensure a smooth process from day 1! She was responsive, helpful, and beyond willing to go the extra mile! One of the items she helped us book cancelled on us mid-trip, and she dropped everything to ensure we got a new one booked before the time. She also assisted with behind the scenes items for our engagement on the trip as well, making it a beautiful and easy to navigate time overseas! Definitely have Brianna help you plan your next trip!

Despite the shortcomings of the hotel, Brianna was wonderful and chose a nice hotel away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, but still within a short train or Uber ride distance to everything there is to do! It’s location allowed us to avoid the uncertainty of nighttime activity in the downtown area while also be close enough to train stations and to all of the major activities and locations! She was able to secure early check in at this hotel for us as well!

Brianna left a little note and chocolates for us as we entered the room, and provided us with a perfect hotel in the vicinity of Disneyland! The choice was exactly what we needed to be able to commute back-and-forth to the parks and the train station when we left, as well as perfect in terms of comfort and safety! A great choice in a great area!
