We had an amazing experience working with Briana to book our hotels for our honeymoon! She was extremely helpful and organized, and communicated in a timely and clear manner. She was able to send us a variety of options to choose from. When we realized we wanted to stay in a particular area or wanted a certain set of amenities, she sent us even more options that met everything we were looking for. All of our preferences were taken into account. Briana was super positive and wonderful to work with!

I was super impressed with the attention to detail and top-notch service. Fairmont Austin is definitely the go-to for anyone wanting a laid-back yet seriously luxurious stay right in the heart of the city!
