Brian was great to work with overall on our trip and his hotel recommendations in Sapporo and Kyoto were excellent. However, we wish we had booked a nicer hotel in Tokyo. We should have done more research on our end - Brian did provide a few recommendations. We didn't realize how "budget" this property would feel. The price was excellent but we would have preferred something a little nicer at a higher rate. When I contacted Brian during our stay, he was extremely responsive in listening to our feedback and researching other options. We decided to stay at the hotel for the duration of our stay but he did present us with alternatives.

Brian did a fantastic job of listening to our requirements and coming up with an ideal solution of country to visit (Oman) and the ideal hotel (Chedi Muscat). Once chosen Brian then obtained us a competitive quote but spoke personally to the hotel management to ensure we received a brilliant complete package - meet and greet, early check-in and room upgrade plus a financial credit towards hotel food & drink.

Not sure we could have asked for any more - thanks - really made our stay memorable.
