Brian did a fantastic job of listening to our requirements and coming up with an ideal solution of country to visit (Oman) and the ideal hotel (Chedi Muscat). Once chosen Brian then obtained us a competitive quote but spoke personally to the hotel management to ensure we received a brilliant complete package - meet and greet, early check-in and room upgrade plus a financial credit towards hotel food & drink.

Not sure we could have asked for any more - thanks - really made our stay memorable.

Planning a first trip to Japan felt overwhelming, but Brian made it not only possible, but truly unforgettable. With just a few days in Tokyo and Kyoto, he helped us maximise every moment – the stays he helped arrange weren’t just in perfect locations, but were beautiful in themselves, thoughtfully combining traditional Japanese charm with modern comforts.

In Kyoto, he suggested a stay at a traditional ryokan, which ended up being one of the standout highlights of our trip and something we never would have experienced without his insight.

He lightly guided us, offering great options, sharing insights and letting us make the ultimate choices whilst going above and beyond - securing excellent deals, perks and discounts.

And it wasn’t just the accommodation, Brian offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and experiences that brought our trip to life. He was always on hand if we needed anything throughout the trip, which gave us so much peace of mind.

Thanks to him, what started as an overwhelming planning process turned into the most incredible adventure. I can’t recommend Brian highly enough and will absolutely be turning to him again for future trips.

Brian was excellent from start to finish. We did have a couple of places we were interested in and he gave us some good pointers. He kept us fully up to speed with arrangements but was at no time over intrusive. I would certainly use Brian again for future trips. It’s always good to get another perspective of hotels and resorts.

Brian offered so much advice to help us find the perfect hotels and plan the trip. I would never have been able to organize such a wonderful holiday if it wasn’t for Brian’s knowledge and support. He was always pleased to help and answer my questions, and both places he found and organized for us were absolutely perfect, exactly as we would have dreamt. He also checked in just before we went to ensure we had all of the information, his attention to detail and excellent service really took the pressure off booking an holiday. Going forward every family holiday I book now will be through Brian—he and where he booked us were that good.

First class experience, with all options explained clearly. He also went the "extra mile", when following a major nationwide power failure in Spain, he contacted us to see if he could do anything to help. Very thoughtful.
