Brian planned every detail of our trip and created an itinerary that felt completely tailored to us. He secured some incredibly interesting and hard-to-get reservations, put together thoughtful shopping guides for different neighborhoods, and introduced us to places we never would have found on our own. What we appreciated most was that it wasn’t the same generic itinerary everyone else gets. Every recommendation felt personal and perfectly suited to our interests. Brian was wonderful to work with. He took care of everything, including our flights, transportation, and special excursions like whale watching, so all we had to do was enjoy our trip. I changed my mind more than once and we went through several versions of the itinerary, but he was incredibly patient, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. I would happily trust him to plan another trip for my family.

This was my first time in Mexico City, and Brian Baldwin made the trip feel effortless. He handled my flights and transportation, so everything was seamless from the moment I landed. He also recommended some really interesting architectural sites and neighborhoods that ended up being some of my favorite parts of the trip.
