Brent was tremendously helpful to me especially in his recommendation list of lesser-known places and things easily missed. With his range of expertise he was able to rank sights in ways that not only helped the first time visitor but also a seasoned traveler who may want to delve a little deeper into a place and its culture. The restaurant he recommended ended up being the best steak I’ve had in my life, and his hotel recommendation was absolutely flawless: now I have a new favorite hotel in Florence!
