Brenda is awesome!! It’s our first time going to Italy and I felt overwhelmed trying to book the trip myself. Brenda had a phone call with me, discussed me and my husband’s preferences, she sent over hotel options and travel itinerary/recommendations within a week. She mad my planning so much easier! It was my birthday trip this time, Brenda made sure I was treated super special and even sent over gift and drink. If you want to enjoy the trip and have a stress free planning, book with Brenda!!

Brenda knew exactly what I needed in a Greece Island holiday. She also gave me a listing of beach clubs and restaurants worth trying and they were all excellent. She facilitated the trip and there was very little in the way of planning on my end. Especially when it came to information on which Ferries and local transport to take. She was also open to coordinating anything for my family and me.

Brenda was extremely helpful in helping us book a very complicated reservation. We were using a combination of points, FNC and a Virtuoso promotion cash rate so it was not easy. I really appreciated her patience, flexibility, warmth and professionalism (thank you Brenda!). Because of her, the hotel understood that our separate reservations were together and put our rooms next to each other. She made the whole experience seamless and kept me in the loop at every step. I highly recommend working with Brenda and hope to work with her again in the future!

We’re so happy that we had Brenda to help us plan our trip to Paris. It was our first time to travel to Europe with kids and she made sure to find us a place that checks off all our needs. Location is a big deal for us, especially the area where to stay. She was very knowledgeable and without overwhelming us with options put us at ease with the hotel we were looking for and within our budget range. She’s very mindful of that and happy to report that we didn't go over our budget!
After booking our hotel, she went above and beyond by giving us recommendations where to eat/visit. She provided articles on what to do when traveling with toddlers. Requested the hotel for a crib and even followed up if unresponsive.
Her services are truly exceptional and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a travel agent to book it with Brenda!

Brenda is very efficient and listens to your personal checklist. She also offers suggestions on what to do in the hotel’s neighbourhood, which is very helpful for people that hate planning (like myself).

The Ultimate London Destination Guide for Families with Teens and Adult Kids
London feels like a second home to my family. Our kid attends St. Andrews University, so we often meet here during breaks or spend a few nights in London before heading up to Scotland. Our family also lived in Hampstead for six months, and we particularly cherish London during the festive Christmas season. Its charm, elegance and diverse experiences have left a lasting impression on us — there’s always something special to discover.

Christmas in New York by a Local
Like most New Yorkers, I come from an immigrant family. However, I arrived in this country so early in my life, that all I remember is being a citizen, not just of America, but of New York City. My husband shares the same story, and our daughter is a native New Yorker. We love our city, every nook and cranny. Between the three of us, there are very few streets in this vast city we haven’t traversed. We love nothing more than to share our beloved city with others.

Best Weekend in St. Andrews by a UNI Student's Mom
I have an affinity for the UK. It is my belief that there are many magical places which are often missed when people cross the pond. At the top of anyone’s list is the magnificent St. Andrews, Scotland. I’m biased as my daughter matriculates at its famous university. I’ve traveled to visit often. But more importantly, I speak to her often, and she always keeps me posted on the goings-on in this lovely town.
