Bren Dendy

Bren has been wonderful arranging things for this trip! Her expertise saved me later in my trip when I woke up in the middle of the night and saw an email from Eurostar that let me know that my train from Brussels to Paris might have issues, and I should think about canceling or changing to another train. I couldn’t get into the Eurostar website for whatever reason, and I texted Bren. She immediately replied and within 30 minutes, she had me rebooked on a later train. I can’t imagine how stressful my travel day would’ve been if not for Bren. Thank you Bren!

I can’t rave highly enough about working with Bren. I had last minute changes to my travel plans, and she sorted it out for me. She book my train travel, my hotels (with my hotel loyalty number attached), and did all of this with not much advance notice from me. She responds to texts and/or emails very quickly, and that’s important for me.

Bren is amazing. My request was vague - somewhere warm with a beach and it was a last minute request too! She quickly found our family 3 options and provided summaries and pricing for each getaway. We made our selection and Bren took care of everything else. I didn’t even have to think. She followed up before and after to make sure everything was ok. I cannot wait to book our next trip with her!

Bren is incredible. She totally gets us. She knows we can totally rough it and take a cool adventure but we also have a keen eye for refinement and great service when we need to relax. She found us the perfect last minute trip for our current budget and planned adventures perfect for our 6 year old. She went above and beyond making sure that we were treated like priority guests and given all the perks and attention we could ever want. We had an incredible trip because of her. Her contribution to our trip could not be missed and we will never travel without it again. We are incredibly grateful!
