In addition to having traveled to over 115 countries, I have also lived abroad in Costa Rica, Greece, Spain, the United Arab Emirates and Puerto Rico. A true adventurer at heart, I thrive on unique, non-touristy experiences that immerse me in each place’s authentic culture. Brandee Lake understood the assignment. She worked closely with my sister to ensure her birthday trip was everything she wanted. I loved the personal welcome note left in each hotel. She was very responsive during our entire trip. The cooking class, the personal driver, the restaurant recommendations were spot on. She is definitely my go-to for my next travel.

Brandee and I communicated about neighborhood, pricing, and comfort level (did I want an American-brand/style hotel like a Marriot or a local, more inexpensive option) and looked at a few options. Art Factory was a great choice for my needs and we got it booked and the information completed/obtained easily.

Working with Brandee was a great experience. She created our room block and gave us updates intermittently throughout the booking period which made it easy for us to ensure our guests booked before the block closed.
