Our booking experience with Bonnie Imming Nymark was fantastic. We needed a last minute trip and she was able to find us a great location and at a great deal! She was very professional and organized working with us throughout the booking process and was even checking in with us right before our stay! She was especially helpful when the threat levels and concerns were raised in Mexico. She called the resort on our behalf and got a guarantee that we would be able to get all of our money back if we decided not to travel due to the concerns. Eventually we decided to go on the trip after all and had a fabulous time, but it was great to know Bonnie was on our side in making sure everything was going to be smooth and safe for our family. I would definitely use her again to help us choose and make new vacation family memories! Thanks so much Bonnie!
