Bisaya was such a gem! She was super friendly and really knew her stuff when it came to travel options. She not only helped me save a bunch of money but also took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Bisaya found me some great deals that didn't break the bank but still delivered on quality. Her proactive approach and keen attention to detail made planning my trip a breeze. I'd definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to plan a trip smoothly and affordably.

I cannot recommend Bisaya enough. Having worked with her on a previous reservation I was accustomed to her high attention to detail and thoroughness with making reservations, but she went above and beyond during this trip. She made herself available for phone calls when we had questions before our trip and had to make complex changes to our travels. Once we flagged the issues we were experiencing with the resort, she explored every option and exhausted all resources to make sure the resort would make good on its previous commitments. She also continued to check in with us regularly to ensure the rest of our trip was going smoothly despite the difficulties we were experiencing, and personally reimbursed us for the out of pocket costs — something she absolutely did not have to do, but did so out of the goodness of her heart. Bisaya is an all around amazing person to work with it, and we were so lucky to have her as our advisor!

Bisaya was very professional, fun to work with, and extremely knowledgeable in her line of responsibilities. She’s patient and is willing to tend to your personal needs. I have already recommended two couples who are going on their honeymoons and have heard the same positive feedback about Bisaya.
