We had a great experience booking our Paris family vacation with Bill. He gave us great tour options to choose from and he made booking the hotel, transportation, and tour package super easy. He was quick to respond when we requested options and modifications and made sure we had all the details we needed for the trip. We appreciate that he checked in with us while we were on our trip to see if we needed any assistance or advice. The Paris In A Day Fora tour was outstanding. We felt like VIP visitors and all three tour guides that we spent time with that day were top-notch. We highly recommend Bil!

Bill did a great job with making our arrangements for our California trip. He handled everything from the rental car, to all of our hotel reservations, plus tickets for the attractions we visited. Bill is detail oriented in every aspect. We had no issues at all with any of our reservations or accommodations. He checked in on us several times during our trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. We will definitely use Bill again when we plan our next vacation.

Bill did a phenomenal job with our vacation plans and reservations. Bill handled everything for our vacation except our air travel (I had prior arrangements already made for that). He handled our car rental, attraction tickets and all of our hotel reservations. He paid attention to every detail of our trip. He offered suggestions and other options that made our trip so much more enjoyable and memorable for the kids and myself.

He also made an itinerary list that was perfect and helpful for our trip. I had reference it several times during our trip and it was a great guide for us. During our trip he made himself available and check in on us several times to ensure there no issues.

I highly recommend using Bill for your next trip. He was very laid back, non pushy and listened to what we wanted and added suggestions. Our trip was very smooth, not a single issue and I will definitely use him again for our big vacations.
