Bianca was an incredible travel agent, and made booking and going on a solo trip incredibly easy! I told her what I was looking for at very short notice, and she promptly (over the holidays!) sent me several options in different locations that aligned exactly with what I wanted. I initially chose something, but then changed my mind, and she had no problem making changes and giving me everything I needed. While at the resort, I decided to extend my trip by a day, and she also made that so easy for me. She updated my reservation and airport transfer, and I did not have to do anything at all.
