Our travel advisor was very efficient and listened to what we wanted in a cruise. It was perfect. We looked at several different lines and she thought this one had what we wanted. She set us up in a lovely hotel the night before our cruise and made sure we understood the time we needed to board. Everything went like clockwork. She made the trip very easy for us and answered all of our questions before we left. We highly recommend Betsy. Our trip was flawless thanks to Betsy Prieto.
