Thank you Beth! You made sure that we were looked after especially given we had a newborn with us. The welcome handwritten note was so special and thoughtful. It brought us such a big smile. While we didn’t need too much help during the actual stay, you were always available and there to assist in whatever we may have needed. That also goes a long way!
