The most delightful person to work with!! Very efficient and knowledgeable! She was very patient with our indecisions and frequent questions! We could not have asked for anything more from her! We loved working with her to make our trip wonderful!

Our recent trip to Italy was a vacation of a lifetime. In initially planning the trip, we were overwhelmed with the endless number of destination options and hotel accommodations. That was until Beth stepped in to help with her extensive travel expertise. Beth took the time to understand the vacation we were envisioning. She asked thoughtful questions and then came back with amazing recommendations. After spending time in Florence, Venice, Rome and Positano, we would not have changed a single thing! In addition to finding just the right hotels and tours, Beth was able to help with complimentary upgrades. And, she did not stop there. Just prior to our departure, Beth personally contacted each hotel letting them know of our estimated arrival time to help ensure our rooms were ready when we arrived. This trip was such an amazing experience, we can't wait to work with Beth again on our NEXT trip of a lifetime!

Beth did a great job. We really felt the VIP experience at this hotel. We had little gifts & champagne waiting for us in the room upon check in and we took full advantage of the complimentary breakfast and hotel credits. Transportation to and from the hotel was perfect & excursions/ dinner reservations were seamless. They were even able to help me get in for a last minute emergency manicure at the spa.

Booking was very easy - with great perks. The complimentary breakfast and food credits she was able to get us were amazing. Everything from transportation to excursions were well thought out. Definitely felt like a VIP with welcome gifts in our room at arrival!
