I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how incredible Bernadette was in planning our entire European vacation and cruise for our family of 13 people. Planning a trip of this size, with so many destinations and moving pieces, could have been overwhelming—but Bernadette made the entire experience feel completely seamless from beginning to end.

She handled EVERYTHING for us: flights, hotels, our cruise, airport pick-ups and drop-offs, private transfers, and private drivers at each of our cruise ports, including Rome, Florence, Naples, France, and Portofino. Every detail was thoughtfully planned and organized, which allowed our family to simply enjoy this incredible vacation without worrying about logistics.

What impressed me even more was how attentive and organized she was throughout the entire booking process. She continuously kept me updated on pricing, payments, outstanding balances, confirmations, and important details. She even provided me with a PDF link that had all of our booking confirmations and travel information organized in one place for the entire family. She made me look like the most organized person in the world to my family—and all the credit belongs to her!

With 13 people traveling internationally, there are so many opportunities for something to become complicated, but Bernadette was there every step of the way. Her communication, patience, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care were absolutely exceptional.
