Did you know that you can have dinner and drinks comp’ed when staying at a Park Hyatt? I didn’t, until I booked with Benjamin! In addition to being highly efficient, it is clear that Benjamin is extremely passionate about hotels. Before my trip, Benjamin researched several properties in Toronto and walked me through each option, paying special attention to unique amenities (for example, the Park Hyatt, which we landed on, has a complimentary car service for intra-town trips) as well as their design languages (our back-up was a historic building that used to be a bank). My schedule was volatile, but Benjamin worked around it and booked my stay as I boarded my flight. Since it was such short notice, he called the front desk in advance to confirm that my details had been correctly processed. On his call, he also secured late check out which is important to me. Upon arrival, he contacted me to ensure that the check in process had proceeded smoothly. He also informed me that he had managed to secure complimentary dinner at the hotel’s two restaurants - a pleasant surprise given my late arrival! He even texted me the menus for the two restaurants so I could choose easily. I would highly recommend booking with Benjamin - he is efficient, responsive and highly knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.

In my initial conversations with Benjamin, I expressed that I wanted to surprise my wife and book a special stay for the last couple days of our honeymoon in Bali. Benjamin did not hesitate to rise to the challenge. Beyond recommending the Four Seasons at Jimbaran Bay, Benjamin ensured every detail was in place – including an upgrade to a villa with a partial-ocean view. At check-in, my wife received a bouquet of welcome flowers while the staff shared about the many amenities offered. Our villa included “happy honeymoon” decor along with chilled champagne and dessert. With Benjamin’s guidance and expertise, our stay was special indeed and the perfect place to round out our trip.
