I am a globetrotter, hotel aficionado, airline enthusiast and food lover. I enjoy connecting people to amazing trips and experiences.
Travel Style
I like to explore places on foot. Walking around gives you a better feel for the people and local culture. It also lets you find hidden gems that you might miss while sitting in a car or bus. Normally, I arrive in a new place with a bit of research and spending time on Google Maps to save interesting places to eat and explore. But I usually skip a detailed itinerary to leave room for the unknown. Hotels are one of the highlights of travel for me. I enjoy hotels with interesting design choices, great amenities and fantastic service. Food is also a top priority. I usually have more places I want to try than room in my stomach.

We had a few issues during our stay - namely the hotel forgetting about our reservation & failing to assign us a room post check-in. Nonetheless BVDH managed to quarterback a resolution, following up w/ the front desk throughout the morning & afternoon so that we could eventually get into our rooms along with some gestures of goodwill (F&B vouchers). While I probably wouldn't stay at the Hyatt Centric Melbourne again, this experience reaffirmed why I trust Benjamin for my travel. Especially when things go sideways, having Benjamin at my side to advocate with the hotel staff makes things so much less stressful!

Benjamin is an outstanding advisor- timely, communicative, and highly responsive. There was an issue upon check-in (hotel mistake) and Benjamin had it resolved within minutes. Save yourself the hassle and book with Benjamin!

Benjamin offered timely and useful tips and advice. All bookings were complete and accurate. I received confirmation emails from Benjamin prior to the trips in a timely manner.
