He was responsive and kind any time I had questions, offered recommendations on where I could have a nice dinner with my group, and even gave me some suggestions on where I could shop for something I realized I forgot at home. Ben was a gem in planning our top tier luxurious yet relaxing trip to the south of France. He kept us updated on all of the requested itinerary items and was even flexible when we had a change in the hotels so we could use points.
