My Story
I’m Ben, a certified project manager turned travel advisor with Those Who Wander, LLC, where the road-less-traveled meets a road map that works...we think. I plan trips for my clients the same way I run my projects in the workplace: on-time, on-budget, and with a splash of unexpected magic. Ready to discover the quirky corners of the world? My Travel Style
My travel style is to always have a broad-strokes plan, but never be afraid to improvise. Sometimes life doesn't turn out the way we plan, and travel is no different. You’re going places for the experience of living in a different city (albeit temporarily), learning firsthand about other cultures, and escape from life for a while [apologies to Billy Joel]. I could send you to tourist traps—and it does happen—but I'm more interested in showing you the sides of places you don’t necessarily see.
Those Who Wander is our name, but also an identity—a nod to Tolkien’s prescient observation that we are all looking for something, but we shouldn't be afraid of venturing away from the herd to find it.

This was my first time booking through Ben and Fora. Ben found the Gwen, a luxury hotel, for a birthday getaway. The perks we recieved through Fora made the stay at the Gwen in Chicago even better. When we arrived, we were greeted with wine and a cheese plate. Other perks that were included were breakfast daily and a food/drink credit to be used on site. We got to experience thier restaurant, outdoor bar area and room service. Thier food and drinks were amazing! Ben also helped find local tours for us. I very much enjoyed the foodie tour we went on. Ben is very knowledgeable and attentive to client travel needs. I would highly recommend booking with Ben.
