Ben did everything for us. He made it easy for us to check in and have a lovely experience there.

Ben was great. He researched hotel options that were close to my meeting locations and also in the same price range as where my client was staying. He recommended a few options for me to choose from and helped me to land on Hotel Kansas City.

I was initially hesitant because I prefer smaller boutique hotels to hotels run by the big chains. Ben knew that and made the case correctly that I'd be getting the quality of a Hyatt in a hotel that still had the feeling I prefer. He was right. I actually forgot I was staying at a Hyatt property; it really does feel like a boutique hotel.

I will absolutely ask Ben to help me plan my upcoming travel.

Ben listened closely to what I was looking for and showed me only the available options that met my needs — close to the hot springs pools, walkable to downtown restaurants, not a chain, a room that would work for me and my two teenagers. Given these criteria, he placed us in the best option. Ben also offered extra touches, like: calling the hotel to secure early check in, messaging them to ensure there would not be down in the room (I'm allergic to down and feathers), and local restaurant recommendations. I plan to work with Ben for all of my travel bookings from now on!
