Becky Lange

Becky was so incredibly helpful. It was the first time we ever utilized a travel agent and our first thought during our trip was: how had we never thought to do this before??? She made scheduling everything so simple. Booked most of our reservations for us, answered all of my wife's countless (and probably maddening) questions quickly and engagingly. Always friendly and eager to please, Becky was in constant contact with us leading up to our departure, and frequently checked in to make sure all was well during the trip. Prior to leaving, she had provided us with travel insurance that turned out to be a terrific suggestion. We encountered an issue on our return trip to Orlando, as our originally planned flight from Amsterdam to New York was abruptly cancelled only hours before we were scheduled to fly. Becky made sure we were both notified, and taken care of by the airline, and also helped to facilitate our claims through the insurance carrier who literally paid our claim out to us while we were still in the air. I've never seen anything like that work so fast, so efficiently, and with no pain outside of our plans getting moved back a little.

I cannot imagine us ever planning another vacation in the future without first immediately reaching out to Becky to continue to avail her of these services. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, seems to truly love this job. Her personality makes the biggest difference in planning, as she literally gets us excited about the trip as if she were going to be our tour guide for the duration. I truly appreciate her and all the help she provided from the first stages of planning, to following up when we made it home. Becky Lange is our travel agent / planner for life, no doubt about it.
