Batuhan provided an outstanding experience as my travel advisor for MSC Cruises. From the beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable about MSC’s ships, amenities, dining, and overall experience, and he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for before making recommendations.
I specifically wanted a cruise that felt relaxing, refined, and elevated, with a great spa experience, quality food, and an overall luxurious atmosphere. Based on his guidance and understanding of MSC’s offerings, the experience exceeded my expectations. The ship was beautiful, the spa was exceptional, the food quality was excellent, and the overall environment felt polished and enjoyable from start to finish.
What stood out most was Batuhan’s professionalism, responsiveness, and deep knowledge of MSC Cruises. His recommendations felt thoughtful and personalized rather than generic, and it was clear he genuinely wanted me to have the best possible experience.

I really enjoyed working with Batuhan and benefiting from all of his experience and knowledge. He took the time to explain what to expect throughout the trip and gave great insights on what to do at each island. One of the coolest recommendations was a hidden speakeasy on the ship, something I never would have known existed or how to access without his guidance. He also highly recommended the spa, which ended up being an amazing, memorable experience. Overall, the trip created memories that will last a lifetime, and I highly recommend Batuhan for planning an unforgettable vacation.

I’m someone that travels roughly 40–45 weeks of the year for work. With that said, I was overwhelmed when it came to booking our family spring break trip to Spain. Fortunately, I was introduced to Batuhan and he clearly was experienced. From the hotel, to restaurants, to excursions, he had great ideas and was focused on customizing our itinerary to what was important to us. The conclusion, this was one of our most memorable vacations! Even the kids enjoyed it and they are typically tough critics…I would highly recommend Batuhan Or and his team for all travel needs.
