My Story
From horse camping in Australia to food tours in Lithuania, I've spent over a decade exploring the world and saying "yes!" to new experiences (and new cuisines) for every budget. Whether you already have a full itinerary in mind or just a vibe and a vision, I'll take care of the details so you can focus on the experience.
Travel Style
For me, the greatest joy of travel is making connections with the people and the world around us. From unexpectedly biking 50 miles along Dutch canals to joining a grape harvest in the winelands of South Africa, I love spontaneous, off-the-beaten-path experiences that lead to unique memories and a lifetime of stories to share.

Barton couldn't have made this easier on us, he did all the legwork to identify options in our price range and helpfully provided the pros and cons of every property without pushing a specific option on us. Can't wait to book something else with him!

Great! The hotel suggestion was very thoughtful and was perfect for my trip needs. I would definitely book with Barton again. Instructions for navigating Tokyo were also really clear and super helpful, especially after a long flight and not being able to read Japanese.

Barton was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making sure we understood our options in the area and getting us the absolute best price on everything we booked, highly recommend!

Barton is a truly wonderful person. He listened to what I envisioned for a trip with my friend and delivered exactly what I asked for. I will book future trips with him.

Buenos Aires for One: Feast, Explore & Dance
Morning begins with a cortado in a book-lined café. By noon you’re wandering MALBA’s sun-lit galleries. Dusk brings empanadas on a San Telmo sidewalk, and midnight ends in a tango hall where dancers whirl till dawn—Buenos Aires moves to its own tempo. Traveling solo here means deciding when to speed up or slow down: slip a SUBE card in your pocket and follow the rhythm wherever it leads. Beyond the headline sights, here’s where to feast, wander, and dance in “the Paris of South America.”

Eat Like a Local: Authentic Hong Kong Food Guide
Hong Kong sets my foodie heart racing like nowhere else: One minute you’re elbow-to-elbow with strangers in a sizzling dai pai dong, the next you’re at a speakeasy swirling an umami-packed mezcal. I grew up chasing these contrasts and still return for the magic of neon nights, harbor breezes, and wok-hei flavor. From street-side wonton noodle shops to three-Michelin-star chef’s tables, it’s the easiest city on earth to splurge and snack on the very same day. No wonder the universal Cantonese greeting is “Have you eaten yet?”
