- West Coast USA,
- Food & Wine,
- Road Trip
I love to take long-term trips where I can immerse myself in the culture – often via food and adventure. I live primarily in Coastal Southern California with three or four months a year in Buenos Aires.
SBA, BUR and LAX. EZE and AEP when living in Buenos Aires.
My travel style
I tend to travel by my stomach searching for the best food experiences or stunning natural wonders. I find that I can learn so much about a culture via its food. Getting out in nature or an artful city makes me feel alive and connected to myself.
The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort
A contemporary-style resort that contrasts with lush, manicured gardens and the endless blues of the sky and the ocean on the beautiful Kohala Coast in Hawaii.
Hilton Los Cabos Beach & Golf Resort
Sleek resort with upscale rooms and suites offering ocean views.
J. Patrick House & Inn
Country-style B&B with refined, individually decorated rooms.
Recently returned from:
Road-tripping for two weeks in Chile – from Santiago to Pucón to Viña del Mar.
Long-term living in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Surfing and relaxing on the beach in Panama.
Hiking in Mammoth, California.
Exploring living in Spain and Portugal.
Celebrating my parent's 50th in Kauai.
Women's World Cup in New Zealand.
Salta and Jujuy, Argentina.
One thing I can't travel without...
My health supplements.
Two truths, one lie:
I ran a marathon in Honolulu.
I waded through flooded streets in Recife, Brazil.
I bicycled throughout Amsterdam.
