Avanti was incredible to work with, and our trip was hands-down the best hotel stay of our lives. She got us an amazing room upgrade and even surprised us with a free handle of mezcal, which was such a fun, thoughtful touch.
She was also super on top of every detail. She made sure our payment went through correctly and walked us through all the perks of our booking ahead of time, so we knew exactly what to expect at check-in. The room upgrade, daily breakfast, property credit, and late check-out all made the trip feel so elevated and easy.
If you want a travel advisor who actually cares and goes above and beyond, Avanti is your person. We already can’t wait to book our next trip with her!
