My Story

Your niche luxury travel advisor. Having lived across five continents over the past eight years, travel isn’t just a side hustle. It’s my obsession. I’d love to share that passion with you.

Travel Style

For discerning travelers who crave the extraordinary. My approach combines insider knowledge from personal exploration with careful attention to your preferences. I believe travel should connect people to places, cultures, and moments that stay with them long after they leave, and specialize in properties with an unmistakable sense of place. Think a fifth-generation ryokan in central Kyoto, or a spa oasis set among sand dunes in the Arabian desert. Whether you’re planning a unique honeymoon or a quick city escape (ask me for my restaurant & cafe recs!), I’d love to help you craft an unforgettable trip.

Most travel advisors operate at the feature level. They know good hotels and can make reservations. That's not where the real value is imo.

Audrey operates at the systems level. She understands that hospitality quality is a function of incentive structures—that eight-room properties run by owner-operators optimize for different things than 200-room properties run by professional managers. That the best food comes from places where economics allow the chef to actually cook. That "authenticity" and "luxury" often trade off against each other in predictable ways.

This creates asymmetric outcomes in travel. You're not choosing logistics with her. You're choosing pattern recognition across thousands of properties she's mapped around the world. Knowledge that doesn't exist in public databases because it requires understanding structural differences, not just reading reviews.

The attention to detail has compounded across my travels thanks to Audrey. She knows which suite at which property and why it matters. She understands seasonal timing beyond weather: when crowds thin, when ingredients peak, when cultural events happen. She structures trips so experiences build on each other instead of just filling time.

And what's also rare: she actually listens. Most advisors pattern-match you to templates. She maps your preferences to properties that match what you actually optimize for, even when that contradicts conventional wisdom about what "luxury" means.

The care shows in edges most people miss. Proactive follow-ups. Context that deepens understanding. Recommendations that get more accurate over time. It's increasingly hard to find someone operating at this level, so I'm lucky to have Audrey in my corner.

I am always very impressed with each trip Audrey consulted on; I've worked with her for two years now and every single experience has been incredible. She's the best possible version of a travel advisor - she's so quick to pick up on my tastes and pays attention to what I enjoy, to recommend truly special stays (and restaurants too) that I'll remember for a lifetime. She booked me into a boutique seven-room ryokan with a private onsen in Kanazawa, which was extremely spacious, and had the best seasonal breakfast ever prepared by the hosts. When I booked with her again in Hokkaido, and she arranged a stay at a newer property with tatami design and also helped my husband and I book incredible meals on a shorter timeline, like a tempura course meal and a pizza omakase experience using local ingredients (my husband loves food and was slightly dubious at first but now says it's the best pizza he's ever had around the world). She always sends personalized recommendations and reminders before each trip. If you're traveling anywhere in the world, book with her! Highly recommend; you'll have an amazing trip.
