My Story
Lover of a quick getaway filled with food and history walks. I enjoy being outside and love to balance my travel – planning a hike by day but fine dining by night. Based in NYC but my heart is on a plane.
Travel Style
Previously a hostel backpacker, but now all about the upgrades and comfort of luxe hotels. I love my yearly girls trip but am constantly exploring locally with my husband and 10 month old. You will find me at the newest local restaurant or exploring the trending spots. I love to plan adventure seeking trips that end the days with a fine dining experience – anything to dress up!

Astrid is always an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She is incredibly organized, efficient and communicative, which makes the entire planning process seamless.
What really sets her apart is her thoughtfulness - she consistently adds meaningful, local touches to our stays that make each trip feel personal and special. She also checks in regularly throughout the trip and is always quick to help if anything comes up.
Astrid goes above and beyond by offering thoughtful ranges of options and pricing alternatives, ensuring everything feels tailored rather than one-size-fits-all.
Can not recommend her more highly!

Met our expectations with this booking. We wanted something cozy and boutique, and this checked all of those boxes. Astrid was easy to contact whenever necessary, and made sure we were taken care of during our time there. 10/10!

Mexico City & Oaxaca – A Gastronomical Experience
Mexico is much more than Cancun and margaritas (although we love a good margarita!). Its gastronomy has been recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Heritage of Humanity, and a trip to experience all the flavors this country has to offer is extremely worth it. Here is a seven-day Itinerary for a week to experience the best of Mexico’s food, drinks, and culture via Mexico City and Oaxaca.

A Foodie's Layover in New York City Guide
New York City is a destination that's on everyone's bucket list to visit, either for a vacation, anniversary, honeymoon, bachelorette or anything, you name it! However, not many think of it as a layover city. Although NYC is too big to explore in only 36-hours, it's not impossible to check out an international array of cuisines within this time frame. Representing over 150 different nationalities, New York City can give you a culinary experience that will make you think you went around the world. From Mexican to Czech, to Uruguayan and Chinese, you can expect to have a burst of flavors in each meal in a short amount of time.
