We had an amazing stay at Moxy Kyoto Nijo, and we have Ashley Lauren to thank for it. As our travel agent, she truly delivered on what we were looking for — her recommendation of this hotel was spot-on and made all the difference for our first trip to Japan. Thanks to her thoughtful planning and attention to detail, the experience was smooth, stress-free, and incredibly enjoyable from start to finish.
The hotel itself was exactly what we needed: clean, cozy, and welcoming. The complimentary welcome drink was a nice touch, and the atmosphere throughout was stylish yet relaxed. The location couldn’t have been better — set in a quiet area but directly across from Nijo Station, making it super easy to take the train or bus to Kyoto’s top destinations.
Ashley’s guidance helped us feel confident and comfortable in a new country, and we’re so grateful for her support. This was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend both Moxy Kyoto Nijo and working with Ashley for anyone planning a trip to Japan!
