She proactively offered this as an option for us while waiting for a late night flight. Rather than waiting at the airport we were able to relax, eat, and had a free shuttle to the airport.

EXCEPTIONAL. I won't waste words on the basics (communicative, detail oriented, etc), the thing that set Ashley apart from other booking experiences was how proactive and personal she was before, throughout, and after my stay. I regularly woke up to morning tips, mid-trip refinements, and delightful little touches throughout—from hotel check-in to private experiences she coordinated us. I've been to Paris before but my boyfriend hadn't spent much time there; I was slammed with work, and as it was a gift to him for his birthday, I wanted to make the trip particularly special. What Ashley nailed was heat seeking an itinerary that blended my interests with his, keeping the trip fresh for me while giving him a proper intro to the city. BRB, figuring out how to get Ashley as a dedicated private planner. In the meantime, you should entrust Ashley with any trip that comes your way!
