Ashley provided clear and timely communication during the booking process and well as prior to travel. She also ensured that we had free extras included in our stay. I was traveling for a convention and noted that others paid about $200 more than I did for their hotel and transportation needs. I will definitely use her services again. Everything was streamlined, and I was greeted and taken care of every step of the way.
