What truly made the stay exceptional, however, was the thoughtful coordination by my travel advisor. I was welcomed with a lovely note, local sparkling wine, and chocolates, and was upgraded to a beautiful corner room that made the stay feel special from the moment I arrived. He stayed in touch with me throughout the stay, checking in, and ensuring all my need and requests were being taken care of. Those personal touches elevated what would have been simply a good hotel stay into a truly memorable stay!
