Arin is not your typical event planner / travel advisor. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and treats every experience uniquely. I have been working with her for years for my corporate events, and each time she blows me away with her creativity, dedication, and attention to detail. She feels like an extension of my team, and anyone who works with her can attest to that. One of my executive leaders called her my “secret weapon,” and she is that and more. From finding the perfect location for my company, to establishing a budget, to late nights on the phone wrapping up last-minute details and putting out fires that were completely out of our hands, Arin does it all. I’m so grateful to have her as a partner. She’s the absolute best.

Arin was amazing all through the trip. Very detailed in responses and prompt as well. She followed up on all requests and her touch at all the hotels was evident. The birthday wishes offered a personal touch. She was always on hand for communication and in one case (Munich), she promptly sent feedback to the hotel which resulted them in calling us back.

We worked with Arin to plan our intimate destination wedding and family trip to Italy.
