I love nothing more than curating memorable moments and a detailed itinerary (thanks to my career in event planning). Arin was amazing all through the trip. Very detailed in responses and prompt as well. She followed up on all requests and her touch at all the hotels was evident. The birthday wishes offered a personal touch. She was always on hand for communication and in one case (Munich), she promptly sent feedback to the hotel which resulted them in calling us back.
I would very much love to work with her and have already recommended her to our friends.

We worked with Arin to plan our intimate destination wedding and family trip to Italy. From helping us find the perfect accommodations, to recommending amazing local vendors and handling all the details like insurance and logistics, Arin made everything seamless. She was consistently responsive, proactive and went above and beyond - even stepping in to resolve an issue with our accommodations so that we could enjoy our trip, stress-free. Arin provided lots of helpful advice and recommendations when we were in the planning stages, and her expertise in both travel and weddings ensured the whole experience came together perfectly. On top of that, Arin was such a pleasure to work with - so friendly and approachable, and always happy to help with whatever we needed. We are so grateful for her support and guidance, and can't recommend her highly enough!

Arin, was not only very knowledgeable, but also very efficient in gathering all the information and giving us many options to choose from. Once a selection was made, she was quick to execute. We also appreciated how she arranged special treat for us with the hotel- making us feel extremely special and well taken care of! Even though we had been to Paris few times before, but thanks to Arin, this trip will go down as our favorite and most memorable!!

The travel advisor helped in every way from the stay, transport, and excursions. I couldn’t say it loud enough how helpful she was through out the entire process.
