Communication was consistent, transportation arrangements were seamless, and I felt supported throughout the entire trip. She made the process feel smooth and took a great deal of stress off my shoulders.

I truly appreciated the hands-on support provided throughout my trip. Communication was timely, professional, and very detail-oriented from start to finish. I especially valued the consistent check-ins during travel to make sure everything was going smoothly. The transportation arrangements were top-notch. Every driver was excellent, punctual, and professional, which made traveling feel much easier and less stressful. When unexpected issues came up at the hotel, including multiple maintenance concerns, she became a strong advocate for my safety, comfort, and accessibility needs. That support took a tremendous amount of pressure off of me. Because of her care and professionalism, I was able to focus on enjoying my trip while knowing the important details were being handled. I’m truly grateful for the experience.

Arin is not your typical event planner / travel advisor. She goes above and beyond for her clients, and treats every experience uniquely. I have been working with her for years for my corporate events, and each time she blows me away with her creativity, dedication, and attention to detail. She feels like an extension of my team, and anyone who works with her can attest to that. One of my executive leaders called her my “secret weapon,” and she is that and more. From finding the perfect location for my company, to establishing a budget, to late nights on the phone wrapping up last-minute details and putting out fires that were completely out of our hands, Arin does it all. Arin was amazing all through the trip. Very detailed in responses and prompt as well. She followed up on all requests and her touch at all the hotels was evident. The birthday wishes offered a personal touch. She was always on hand for communication and in one case (Munich), she promptly sent feedback to the hotel which resulted them in calling us back.

We worked with Arin to plan our intimate destination wedding and family trip to Italy. From helping us find the perfect accommodations, to recommending amazing local vendors and handling all the details like insurance and logistics, Arin made everything seamless. She was consistently responsive, proactive and went above and beyond - even stepping in to resolve an issue with our accommodations so that we could enjoy our trip, stress-free.
