Arin Segall

There are very few who I would consider to be even more organized than I am, and Arin Segall is one of those people. She helped coordinate somewhat complicated transportation arrangements for a multi-day, multi-city trip with a delegation that included a high-level politician. She was communicative, caught holes in my plans, was and an overall immense pleasure to work with. Simply put, she expertly managed this project so that I could just show up in San Francisco with my delegation and hop in our transportation without thinking twice. I will definitely work with her again.

Arin was incredibly helpful in setting up all of our accommodations. She made the planning process much smoother for us. We’d highly recommend her to other groups looking for assistance with the planning process!

Arin is incredibly responsive and always available for any type of questions. No need to mention how stressful work trips are especially when your team gathers from around the world. We had to make multiple changes in the roster as well as shuffle the dates and Arin turned things around with flying colors. 5 out 5 stars. Can't wait to work with Arin again.
