This was a special birthday trip, and Arielle went above & beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. The hotel was perfect - centrally located but still felt quiet and high end. And she arranged for a special Birthday surprise that was set up on arrival. Her recommendations for the itinerary were very thoughtful and fit exactly what I was looking for, as someone who likes to get to know a city through its food & culture. I will definitely connect with Arielle again, for future travels!
