Ariel was a wonderful advisor. This was a difficult booking, as the dates, and number of people traveling was constantly in flux. Ariel handled all of our chaos and kept everything organized. Anytime we had to change dates, guest count, or locations (at least 4 times in 2 weeks) she was ready with a fresh list of accommodations, and suggestions. She followed up with hotels to adjust room sizes, change length of stay etc, and also canceled, and rebooked for us a few times. Despite it all she was patient, and enthusiastic.
Once my trip morphed from a girls trip to a partial solo trip, she made sure I would have a smooth journey from arrival to checkout. She coordinated airport pickup, early check in, and late checkout! Her personal touch of a note and treat in my hotel room is proof of her attention to detail, and the care she puts into everything.
