Booking with Arden was amazing, honestly a game changer. She takes the time to really understand her clients, which makes a huge difference when you're traveling with a toddler. She always makes sure our rooms are set up with everything we need for our little one and sends along great, thoughtful options. She's also managed to get us upgraded to a bigger room at every single property we've stayed at. On top of that, she's incredibly communicative and always a step ahead, anticipating what we'll need before we even ask. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and about making every trip seamless.

Not only did we feel immaculately taken care of by Arden but she also went over the top to make us feel welcomed by each property. At every check in, we would find a thoughtful note from Arden and picture of us from our wedding in the room (we were celebrating our honeymoon). It felt so special.
Arden also went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of by the hotel. Traveling in Japan can be tough if you don’t speak the language and Arden was helpful in finding us the right concierge folks to speak to when booking restaurants and activities.
We were so spoiled by her and couldn’t be happier with how she managed our bookings, was proactive in checking in with us, and just made us feel totally taken care of in Japan.
