My Story
Former travel editor obsessed with finding the best hotel for every traveler’s style & budget. I’ve traveled to 90+ countries, all over the Caribbean and almost every US state. Love planning my day over a good hotel breakfast.
Travel Style
I’m just as likely to jet off to see a major art exhibit as I am to explore the great outdoors. Boutique hotels with local flavor, luxe resorts with a jaw-dropping pool, and lodges with stupefying views rank high among my preferred places to stay. On the ground, I’m always scouting for local designers, neighborhood restaurants, emerging hotspots and creative cocktail bars. I’ve also traveled alone to 20 countries—including Morocco, Cambodia, New Zealand, and Nicaragua—so know first-hand how empowering (but fraught) going solo can be for women. Let’s go!
