Anson takes time to get to know his clients (via personal phone chats, email and text). As a senior solo female traveler, location and security are important to me. Anson made sure this hotel would meet my special needs, made the reservation and followed up to make sure I was okay. He is a treasure!

Anson has been great especially since this wasn't a straightforward trip. He has done a great job getting everything together and booking trips even though communication with the on ground partner seems to have been slow at times. The touches of the pre-trip gift box and the wine, fruit and cookies at the Park Hyatt have been lovely. I'm looking forward to what awaits!
