A soulful journey curator, I am passionate about weaving together experiences that immerse you in the heart and soul of a destination. I specialize in crafting journeys designed to showcase the cultural tapestry of each destination, the natural treasures that embody the essence of the land and a celebration of food and storytelling centering indigenous cultures, traditions and wisdom.
I like to balance adventure with finding moments of solace, joy and connection amidst a meal, whether it's dancing in the middle of bustling Puerto Plata, DR or overlooking the sunset during the Sun Ceremony at Casapueblo in Punta Ballena, Uruguay. Grounded in the landscape and community-led, I live for the experiences and places that leave me with wonder, that delight my senses, that trace laughter and music into my bones, that tell the stories passed from generation to generation and make us feel closer to each other and our world. I am all about soul-nourishing travel experiences that not only enrich your spirit but also contribute positively to the local communities you explore.

Annysa was incredibly helpful, timely, and really took all of our preferences and restrictions into account. I was traveling with family who were arriving at different times and Annysa made sure we could check-in early and that the hotel was aware of our arrival and dietary needs. Could not have asked for a better booking experience!

Annysa was simply heaven sent, I would have never been able to put together such an amazing vacation together with such exceptional attention to every single detail one could imagine. Annysa was able to far exceed all of my Fiances dreams and expectations, in making this monumental 50th birthday all that she dreamed of.
