Truly the best service one could wish for. We gave Annika a tricky task, as we were looking for something in a very specific region at very short notice in August. Annika suggested three beautiful hotels, and we chose the first one. She clearly understood the kind of hotels we would enjoy and I think she has an excellent ability to put herself in her guests’ shoes. She handled all communication with the hotel on our behalf and secured the best possible offer for us.

We also found a lovely note from her in our room. While we were there, she even checked in again to make sure everything was to our liking. In addition, Annika also took care of making our restaurant reservations. In the offer, she had also included information on how close we would be to our next destination and what other restaurants were nearby.

We will definitely book through Annika again!
