Annika planned every detail of our family trip to Japan, and it was flawless. Flights, every shinkansen ticket, ferries, transfers, restaurant reservations, even luggage forwarded between cities so we never carried it ourselves. Each restaurant came with notes on dress code and etiquette, so even the exclusive dinners were stress free. The website she built was a constant guide with everything we needed at any moment. It worked for a family of different ages too: active days on the art islands and e-bike tours, restful ones in the ryokans and onsen. The private guides were excellent. I've never experienced service like this. Highly recommended.
