Annette’s travel assistance was simply the best! I have never used a travel advisor in the past, and after seeing how easy she made everything for us, I don't think I will ever plan a vacation by myself again.

Annette took the time to understand my family’s interests, pace, and preferences to design a trip that suited us perfectly. She guided us on the best times to visit Costa Rica and organized the entire itinerary, including educational and adventurous excursions, accommodations in three different locations, and all transportation to and from the airport and activities.

The locations were fantastic, each offering a unique landscape and natural beauty. The transportation was flawless, and the drivers were perfectly punctual. They were a significant part of our experience, helping us connect with the culture and the kindness of the Costa Rican people. Having everything arranged took all the guesswork out of the trip, allowing us to travel without any worry.

The accommodations were well-suited to our needs and budget. Annette selected hotels that were clean and perfectly situated for the best views and activities. The property in Monteverde (Poco a Poco) was my favorite, specifically for the pool, beautiful gardens, service, and fantastic breakfast.

During the planning process, we had to pivot due to health issues within our group. This required us to revise our dates and eventually have my niece step in for a family member who sadly could not make the trip. Annette handled these changes with ease and remained incredibly professional and accommodating throughout.

Through this process, I feel like I have gained a real friend. Annette feels like family, and I look forward to working with her—or perhaps even traveling with her—in the future!

We recently returned from a spectacular trip to Costa Rica to celebrate a significant wedding anniversary. Annette Carter of Land & Sea Luxury Vacations LLC was instrumental in helping make our trip so successful and enjoyable.

She helped us not only choose, but helped save us a substantial amount of money at our first resort, Nayara Springs (Nayara Resorts), near La Fortuna, CR. She also recommended a Nocturnal Natural Experience operated by Ecoterra, CR which was a fabulous night time adventure.

After spending several nights at Nayara Springs, we traveled to the Pacific coast in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica. We stayed at the fabulous JW Marriott Guanacaste Resort just south of Tamarindo, CR. While visiting this area, Annette recommended and helped us schedule a Catamaran Tour out of Tamarindo, operated by Blue Dolphin Sailing. We had an absolute blast on this excursion.

Lastly, Annette helped us set up transportation to the Liberia International Airport in Liberia, CR from the JW Marriott. The driver for our trip to the airport, Jonathan, was fantastic.
