Our Story
Travel is part of who I am. I grew up across six countries, have visited over 50, and for years my work in global health has taken me around the world to some incredible places. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been the person planning trips for my family, giving recommendations to friends, and quietly obsessing over the details that make a place feel worth going to. Becoming a travel advisor has felt less like a career change and more like finally doing what I’d always been doing anyway.
I’m based in Brooklyn, but have extensive experience visiting places all over the world, and whether I’m planning something close to home or on the other side of the world, I am committed to making sure it fits your hopes and dreams.
Travel Style
I like finding things that don’t feel too touristy but still feel new and exciting—the kind of experiences that match who you actually are as a traveler, not just what’s on every top-ten list. I take the time to understand what you’re looking for and build around that, while making sure all the little details are thought through so you can just show up and enjoy it. Travel can feel overwhelming to plan, but my job is to make sure it doesn’t feel that way by the time you leave.

Anna Popinchalk was extremely helpful in this process. Particularly in understanding our wishes for the hotel and finding an excellent match in price and location. Having lived in Europe for many years, she can offer very useful advice and options for travel there. We would highly recommend Anna for all your travel needs.

Anna was incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process. I needed to find a hotel for a work trip, so I sent her the location and a rough budget estimate, and she quickly put together several great hotel options that fit both my needs and budget.
What really stood out was how organized and thoughtful she was. She provided a clear overview of each option, sent a detailed email with all the important booking information, and even followed up with a timely reminder before my trip. The entire process felt smooth, stress-free, and personalized.
I truly appreciated her responsiveness, attention to detail, and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Anna to anyone looking for help planning travel or booking accommodations — she made the experience easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

A Western Catskills Weekend with Kids
Everyone knows Woodstock and Kingston, but did you know further west in the Catskills are some equally special towns and places? This quieter, greener corner—anchored by the little trout towns of Roscoe and Livingston Manor—trades crowds for swimming holes, farm stands, and cabins in the woods. It's gentle enough for little legs and beautiful enough that the grown-ups can take a breath. It's the perfect mix of off-the-beaten-path, real nature and good food, all just a couple of hours from the city.
