Anna is absolutely wonderful and I want everyone to know this. From the very first time we spoke with her she listened to what we wanted. We told her we always dreamed to see Panama Canal and she found us everything, the right cruise, good cabin, she explained every detail so we understood what is included and what costs extra. No surprises, nothing confusing.
What I appreciate so much is how patient she is. We are older people, we ask a lot of questions, sometimes same question twice, and she never once made us feel like we are bothering her. Before the trip she called to make sure we have all our documents, she reminded us about travel insurance, she told us what to pack because the weather is very hot there in December. She even helped us pick excursions and gave us honest opinion which ones are good for people our age and which ones are too much walking and rushing around.
You can feel that Anna genuinely cares about people. She is not just selling you a vacation, she wants you to actually enjoy it. This is rare, believe me. We already recommended her to our friends and we will definitely book with her again next time. She is the best, I mean it from my heart.
