Just 48 hours before we were supposed to leave for our Caribbean trip, a hurricane forced us to completely pivot our plans. I submitted a travel request and was matched with Anna — and she immediately reached out, knowing time was of the essence. Within a day, she helped us plan an incredible last-minute trip to London!
Anna was so knowledgeable, responsive, and kind. She presented several great hotel options across different neighborhoods, explaining the benefits of each, and secured amazing perks — daily breakfast, an overall resort credit, and some fabulous welcome amenities. She even coordinated airport transportation and sent a detailed itinerary with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, making everything so seamless.
I truly can’t believe how quickly she pulled it all together. We started chatting on Monday and were on our flight by Tuesday night! I’m so grateful for her help and will absolutely use her again - we are already planning our next trip! Highly recommend!
