We threw a lot of last minute things at Anna and she handled them like a pro. She was outstanding. She got us reservations at hotels that were apparently full when we tried, arranged tours that were first class, and if we had a question, she answered it within minutes. We could not have asked for more. We had a bad weather day which canceled one of our tours, and without hesitating she changed our plans and it was one of our best sites we saw on the entire trip. She is a true professional in every sense.

Anna was so helpful planning our trip to Florence for our honeymoon, answering all of our questions in a timely fashion and even helped us book transportation out to the Tuscan Countryside.
