We recently returned from a wonderful trip to Puglia, Italy, and I can’t thank Angela Ntaoulas enough for all her help in planning this special birthday getaway for my wife. From the very beginning, Angela was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful in every detail.

We flew from NYC to Bari and spent our first night at Palazzo Calò, just a short 20-minute drive from the airport. Unfortunately, due to tight layovers and flight delays in Istanbul, some of our luggage didn’t make it onto our final flight. But thanks to Angela’s support, along with the helpful hotel staff and the airline, our bags were delivered the very next morning.

Angela truly helped put our minds at ease and gave us confidence that we’d be able to handle any unexpected situations along the way. Knowing she was there in the background gave us so much peace of mind.

She recommended Palazzo Calò, and it was the perfect place to start our nine-day trip: stylish rooms, a great location, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast. We’re so grateful to Angela and highly recommend her to anyone planning a special trip.
