I reached out to Angela explaining the type of hotel I was after, she sorted it promptly and efficiently and at a brillaint price. She is a credit to the travel business. Its 5 stars from me. I will definitely be using Angela for all my future holidays and hotel stays.

We cannot recommend Angela highly enough! From start to finish, she made our holiday completely smooth sailing. Her communication was always clear, prompt, and reassuring, which gave us total confidence throughout the booking process. She selected an absolutely amazing hotel for us — perfectly suited to our family — and kept in regular contact as our departure approached to make sure everything was on track for our arrival.

When we got to our room, we were blown away by the thoughtful surprises waiting for us. There was a bottle of champagne for the adults, children’s bubbles for the kids (which they absolutely loved!), games for them to enjoy, and a beautiful personal note from Angela wishing us a wonderful stay. It was such a special touch and really set the tone for our holiday. We are not the easiest group to accommodate as a family of six, and we often struggle to find suitable options. Angela truly went above and beyond to find the perfect solution for us and made the entire experience stress-free.

Angela is a true professional with a wealth of knowledge. She was instrumental in planning our family's Ireland trip. She had so many amazing recommendations, and was patient to find the right fit for my family. I expressed interest in staying at a castle, and she recommended Ballygally Castle. It was our absolute favorite! Angela always goes the extra mile for her clients! When I was growing up, I had an Irish penpal, and we lost contact after high school. Flash forward to the present, Angela found her, even with the change of married name. I was even able to meet up with my penpal, which wouldn't have happened without Angela's assistance. She did not have to help, and that's what makes Angela so special. She goes above and beyond and she truly wants you to have a wonderful vacation. Angela was amazing! Super responsive and helped create an itinerary that aligned with our travel preferences and budget. We were able to book lodging and once in a lifetime experiences with her. She kept us up to date on availability and pricing as we were booking, especially for our last minute decisions.
