Angela is “Sui generis!” She is one of a kind. So helpful and attentive. She made my girlfriend’s 40th birthday trip perfect. She strongly recommended the hotel and I could not have been happier. Angela checked on us to make sure we arrived safely and arranged for birthday treats to be waiting for us in the room. She made me look amazing to my girlfriend!! Angela even found a local bakery so I could get a special birthday cake.

Angela enthusiastically encouraged me to stay at the 1 Hotel! She said if I was going to stay one place in London it had to be the 1 Hotel. Angela arranged it all and communicated the itinerary very well. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and charming. Her client care and service is second to none. I trust both her taste and guidance!
