Andrew was an amazing travel agent. He was very timely in getting my emails returned even when he was on a cruise ship himself. He reached out every time I needed to do something on the Virgin Voyages app, such as making dining reservations and booking excursions. The best part was, he saw that I had booked this cruise and within 30 minutes of booking it, he had emailed me to let me know that He moved my cabin down the hall to a place that was less noisy on the ship. (I was originally booked under the night club) and I was so grateful that he did that because I didn’t hear a sound from my new location. Thanks for all your help.
